Requirements
Be a member of the Capitalist Paradise region in good standing. A militia member under indictment for any offense within CP is considered a security risk and must wait until the indictment has cleared and/or punitive measures resolved.
The militia member nation must be a member of the World Assembly
The militia member must endorse the current WA delegate while residing in Capitalist Paradise.

Raiding
The purpose of a raid is to
1. Unseat the delegate in a target region and replace him with one of our own (the point man), or a selected favorable candidate from within the target region and or
  A. Educate the population within the target region on the virtues of capitalism
and/or
  B.  Evacuating the region of it's inhabitants for refounding as captured satellite region region of CP and
  C. Place the Capitalist Paradise Flag over the region.
How it's done
A target region is determined by the CP Delegate and the Marshall of Defense.  The CP Security council must approve the action.
A volunteer will be asked to serve as "point man" in the target region. This is the nation that will eventually serve as the delegate in the target region. The point man will enter the target region ahead of everyone else. He may be required to stay for some time, accumulating endorsements and influence. Influence is needed if a lock is to be placed on a region and to ban/eject nations when needed.
It is the duty of the point man to determine the precise time the target region updates. Update time is noon to 1:00 pm and midnite to 1:00 am Eastern Time.  Regions generally update within a few minutes of the previous daily/nightly update.
When the point man is in position and ready, the Marshall of Defense will determine a date and time for the raid to commence and certify availability of enough militia members to do the job... Militia members will receive notice of the raid a few days in advance and asked if they will be able to participate. The target region and point man will not be disclosed until the invasion order is given.

Your job
Be aware of your local time in relation to Eastern Time
Your job is to enter the target region at the appointed time and endorse the point man immediately when the signal is given.  You will be notified of the "signal" in advance and it's form will vary.
Remember,  Timing is everything in a successful raid! 

The point mans job
As soon as the target region is updated the point man will be delegate. You will have access to regional controls.
A. Access regional controls
  1. Place the Capitalist Paradise flag over the region
  2. Replace the WFE entry with your pre-determined educational entry
    a. and RMB if space is needed
  3. Place a lock on the region (if possible)
  3. Eject any defenders that show up
  3. Bask in glory


General Info
 In a founded region and regions in general we will simply take the delegates seat, educate the population on the virtues of capitalism and depart. Obviously we need to act while the founder is sleeping, this is a chance we take. If unsuccessful, you will likely find yourself in the Rejected Realms region. This has a little bit of a sting to it, so dust yourself off and return to CP. In founderless regions we take the same chance the delegate is alert.
Defenders might show up during the raid. This is why entry timing is absolutely critical to the mission. If enough defenders enter the region between the time we start entering and the update, the defenders may be able to muster enough endorsements to thwart the mission. The less time they have, the less chance they have.
A particularly offensive region may be evacuated by the point man/delegate. This will likely require a few nations stay behind with him, keeping his endorsements an influence level up, and time. Months maybe.
Remember we are an elite professional organazation. If you need to interact with the natives, always be polite and respectful. The point/delegate will eject any native trouble makers if need be.  Only post the natives RMB if it is necessary.
Be aware of events in Capitalist Paradise. Our delegate is strong, but leaving CP will weaken his position. CP security comes first. If raiders move into CP, or an illegal coup is attempted while the Militia is out on adventure, we will need abort the mission and immediately return to CP to re-endorse the delegate.

Defending
From time to time, a capitalist friendly, or allied region may be threatened or raided, and ask for military assistance.
In the event of a threat, a few militia (limit 5)  members may be called upon to enter the friendly/allied region and endorse the rightful standing delegate in that region,  for a time that will be determined by that delegates efforts to strengthen himself.
In the event a friendly/allied region is successfully raided, the CP Militia response will be coordinated similar to a raid. The exceptions being, the regions rightful delegate will be re-instated in the same manner we would install our own point man. CP Militia members will remain silent on the host regions RMB at all times.

Rights and priveledges
All CP Freedom Militia members retain all rights and priveledges listed and guaranteed by the Capitalist Paradise Constitution.
To compete  for promotions, and appointments and promotions to Commissioned Officer status
Declaration as a Conscientious Objector will be observed and respected, in relation to militia activity in an enemy or friendly regions.

Duties and Obligations 
While in Capitalist Paradise, or residing in Capitalist Paradise, each militia member must endorse the lawfully elected Delegate.
Conduct and interaction with other members of the militia, and the general population of Capitalist Paradise members and her officers, and when posting comments on the RMB: must always be respectful.
No boybutseks allowed.

Articles of Treason.                                                                                                    
Any CP militia member-
 1. found to have disclosed "top secret" information to any eyes other than to which they were intended
 2. found to have disclosed to any other raider or defender organization any "confidential" or "top secret"    documents or information
3. found to participate in conjunction or collusion with any other raiding/defending organization against  the interests of  Capitalist Paradise or her allies.
-Will be referred to the Supreme Court for prosecution and trial on the charge of Capital Treason
